Study: Drinking Green Tea May Prevent Dementia

According to some scientists from Newcastle University, in northeastern England, drinking green tea on a regular basis could possibly protect our brains against developing forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease.

These researchers also suggested it is possible green tea may help protect our bodies from certain types of cancer. This has been suggested for many years, however the amount of green tea concentration in our bodies may have to be at really high levels to be effective.
