Everyone knows we need to exercise to be physically fit. Over time our bodies will adapt to exercise if we repeat the same exercise routine. What we need to do is introduce a variety of exercises to our workout program, which will help our bodies overcome the inevitable plateaus which inhibit positive results. We must also increase the intensity of our exercise routines which will help promote the growth of lean muscle tissue. The higher the intensity of your workout, the more calories you will burn during your workout, and you will continue to burn calories after your workout.
