Hello everyone, I hope all is well. I was just thinking about some of my favorite restaurant, especially Mexican restaurants. Anyway, I immediately thought of La Casita Mexican Restaurant which is located in Thatcher, Arizona. Thatcher is located in eastern Arizona near Safford. The restaurant is small and family owned for many years. In fact, you can find other La Casita Restaurants throughout Arizona which are owned and run by members of the same family. They all use recipies handed down from several different generations. I usually order the chili rellenos and enchiladas with rice and beans- scrumptious! My wife says that the tamales are great. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. The restaurant is always busy, so they must be doing something right. You can read some reviews of La Casita at Yelp.
