Well, it was such a nice day we thought we would go out for Mexican food. We decided to go to a favorite local restaurant called Valle Luna. Valle Luna specializes in traditional Sonoran Mexican food. I chose the Chimichunga with shredded beef and green chili. I topped it with sour cream and guacamole... it was delicious as usual. My wife had the combination plate which included two enchiladas, a tamale, rice and beans. She said it was really good. If you are ever in the Phoenix metro area you must try Valle Luna!
